    What are leased beats?

What's the difference between Lease and Exclusive? Leasing Rights Leasing rights give the music artist a certain amount of uses per lease. Once it runs out, the customer would need to buy another lease for the same beat. You can give out as many units as you can, it's really all up to you. Another thing about leasing is that the producer can sell the beat to multiple artists, as long as nobody buys the exclusive rights to it. This can be very good for the producer because he won't have to take the beat off sale and make more money off of it. It is a cheaper price for the artist, because this is meant for mixtapes and promos. Usually, you wouldn't want to lease a beat for albums; it would make much more sense to buy the exclusive rights because you don't want to hear another rapper have your beat in their album, too. The producer usually would give out an MP3 version of it,with a lesser quality sound than the exclusive. This is because they don't want to give out the best quality sound, unless it was an exclusive. They deserve the better sounding material. Exclusive Rights: This gives the music artist sole ownership of the beat, and unlimited use of it as well. The producer cannot sell this to anybody else and must take it down from sale. An exclusive beat will be more expensive in price because the artist gets full ownership, and can do whatever he pleases to the instrumental. The producer will give out a high quality version of beat, including an MP3 and WAV form as well. Also, they may give you a tracked-out version of the beat so that you can easily mix your vocals into it. This will make it easier for the artist to make the song turn out well, because he can mix the vocals in the beat, and not just sit it on top. You would usually use this for an album or something very serious like turning it to the record labels. I hope you now know the differences between the two kinds of licenses, but let me know if you have any questions!

    Do you offer music services?

Yes, Absolutely, Contact Below Or Click The Link At the Top Or bottom of Any Page.

Will the Mindz Productions voice tag will be removed when I purchase the beat?

Yes. Just as soon as the payment is settled, you'll receive a version of the beat in your e-mail that will contain no no voice tags.

How can I settle the payment if I don't have a PayPal account?

You don't necessary need a PayPal account. It is also possible to use your Master, Visa or American Express card. As soon as you press the “Buy Now” button, you will be transferred to the PayPal page, where you will be able to choose whether you want to pay using your PayPal account or a PayPal, guest account, or with any of the aforementioned cards.

How long will I have to wait to receive the beats I purchase?

All links are sent automatically, as soon as the payment has been settled. Sometimes there might be a delay (up to 10 minutes) due to technical malfunction of some of the services. Be sure to check your spam folder as well. In case you haven't received your beats, contact us at prodbymindz@gmail.com and we'll solve the problem as soon as possible. Regarding WAVs and tracked-out WAVs — we send them manually, so the delivery might last 12 to 24 hours (usually it's 1-8 hours, though).

Can I use the beat for a profitable project?

Yes, a non-exclusive license can be used for one profitable project (an album, a mixtape, a commercial etc.) with a sales limit of 10 000 copies. It can also be used for an unlimited number of live shows or performances.

    What does “tracked-out” mean, exactly?

It means that every detail of the beat (the kick drum, the snare drum, hi-hats, samples, instruments etc.) will each come in a separate high-quality WAV audio file, in tracks. This way, you or your audio engineer will have more control over editing, mixing and mastering the beat and the song.

What is the difference between exclusive rights and non-exclusive rights (leasing)?

Non-exclusive (leasing) rights means that the beat is still owned by Mindz Productions. The lessee receives limited rights for the use of the purchased beat and can use it for one profitable project with the sales limit of up to 10 000 copies. Exclusive rights, however, grant full ownership of the beat and you can do everything you want with it, except for selling to a third party. Exclusive rights can be sold to only one person and, as soon as the beat's exclusive license has been sold, it is removed from our site and we cease its sale. For the prices of the exclusive rights contact us at prodbymindz@gmail.com.

After I purchase it, is the beat removed from the site?

No. By purchasing a non-exclusive license you don't become the owner of the purchased beat. A non-exclusive license can be sold multiple times, unlike an exclusive license. Exclusive rights, however, are sold to only one person and, as soon as the purchase has been made, we remove the beat from Prodbymindz.com.

What happens if I've bought a non-exclusive license and later somebody purchases exclusive rights for the same beat?

Nothing. By purchasing a non-exclusive license you receive a digital agreement that grants you certain rights for its use, as long as the contractual conditions are not violated.

What happens if two people buy non-exclusive rights for the same beat?

The non-exclusive license (leasing) is sufficiently limited, and the possibility of the two songs with the same beat ever crossing paths is equivalent to zero. All limitations can be eliminated by purchasing exclusive rights (which are sold for one person only).
